With only twelve available spaces for owner-only parking, we need some rules:

​

1. Owner parking is for owners who are in residence at Las Gaviotas. If you leave a car here while you go back to your other home or on vacation elsewhere, the car should not be in the front row.

​

2. Owner parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. A second car can’t be kept in the front row.

​

3. Owner parking spots are not reserved. As much as I’d like to say the spot I usually park in is “mine”, when I run out to the store my usual parking space becomes open to any owner.

4. An owner is a person listed on the title, trust, ownership papers, etc. Each condo was given two yellow laminated parking passes. These parking passes should not be passed along to friends, guests, family members, and so on. If you’ve lost or misplaced your parking pass, or if you have an old legacy parking pass, please contact the office to get your new ones.

​

5. Not exactly a rule but if you back into your space, please be considerate and make sure you’re not blocking the sidewalk with a trailer hitch or big back end.
